Facility Technician/Intake Inventory Control Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Facility Technician/Intake Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This unique hybrid position combines two part-time roles, Facilities Technician and Intake Inventory Control Specialist, providing an opportunity to contribute to both the daily operations of our facility and the efficient management of incoming and outgoing client inventory. Responsibilities Facilities Technician Perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and functional environment. Identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly to your supervisor or help coordinate appropriate repairs. Assist with basic troubleshooting of facility equipment, fixtures, and systems. Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report safety or maintenance concerns. Support in room flips/client moves Intake Inventory Control Specialist Monitor and maintain client belongings. Organize and label inventory to ensure items are easily located and properly stored. Proper use of PPEs Implement best practices for inventory control and category management. Maintain accurate records of items received, distributed, transferred, or disposed of. Operate heat-treatment equipment according to established safety procedures and manufacturer/facility guidelines. Communicate with staff regarding client transfers and the movement or release of stored belongings. Handle client belongings with professionalism, dignity, and respect. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. Drivers License Self motivator Ability to use and maintain outdoor power equipment and small hand tools Basic knowledge of light maintenance work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
