Facility Coordinator

Location: Avenel, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range : $25 to $27.00 Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Facility Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of warehouse experience , strong inventory management skills, and advanced organizational abilities. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting facility needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain warehouse inventory records to ensure accuracy and accountability. Perform regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate material movement throughout the facility. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed. Create, update, and manage reports using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate facility-related activities, including supplies, equipment, and general warehouse organization. Work closely with warehouse, operations, and management teams to support business needs. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse experience , including inventory management and control. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data tracking, and reporting). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
