Pay: $18.50-$20.50 (includes premium pay) and 40hrs paid time off upon hire Position Summary: The Facilities Operations Expediter supports the Facilities Departments by carrying out the responsibilities for the computerized work order management system, purchasing and record retention with a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. Support the warehouse Supervisor and Receiving Clerk as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with vendors to obtain parts, materials, and supplies for Facilities. Obtain Price Quotes and do research for the Facilities Director and Managers as needed. System Administrator of CMMS work order system. Maintain file systems such as drawings, blueprints, manuals, and digital information for Facilities. Manage record retention issues as required by authorities having jurisdiction. Manage purchasing for Facility Services which includes purchase orders, receivers, and credit card receipts. Utilize computers to create spreadsheets and other innovative approaches to facilities operations and management. Make trips to local vendors as needed to pick up emergency parts and supplies. Maintains files and records regarding regulatory issues. Manage the tool room equipment, to include inventory and check in/out procedures. Assist staff in the field to include performing various duties within the maintenance, receiving and EVS departments. Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication and teamwork with all departments. Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance and use appropriate judgment. Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time. Required: Ability to utilize computers to create spreadsheets, tracking and inventory systems and other programs necessary to ensure the successful support of the operation. Has the resiliency to deal with difficult people in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with vendors and employees. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, claim activity, financial data, marketing plans and policies. Ability to solve complex problems and maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and in an interruptive environment. Ability to perform a broad variety of tasks and deadlines with an irregular work schedule. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and all levels of employees in both oral and written form. Ability to work in casino and office environment with excessive noise levels, bright lights and smoke environment. Knowledge of all facilities and promotional events available to guests on property. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with minimum supervision. Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-4pm #hc268277
