Become a Key Player as a Facilities Maintenance & Sit Down Clamp Forklift - 1st Shift You will support warehouse operations by ensuring timely flow of goods and maintaining site standards. Your work impacts shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and on-the-floor safety while working onsite in a warehouse environment. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive goods: offload/load vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure, book freight, and report discrepancies or damages Operate material-handling equipment including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hand jacks Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and prepare outbound loads; match paperwork with freight and label shipments Accurately sign off Bills of Lading and verify counts/damages; stage cargo safely and orderly Use warehouse booking-in sheets or a Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory records Maintain general housekeeping and site cleanliness; execute quality expectations per SOPs and client requirements Pick, pack, perform inventory reporting/stock checks, and assist with bonded import freight and container breakdown as required Assist with training new staff and propose/process improvements to boost efficiency and meet KPIs Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 18 years old Minimum ~6 months of previous warehouse operations experience (site-specific requirement) Physical stamina: ability to stand/walk long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs Experience operating forklifts (sit-down) and familiarity with warehouse equipment (hand jacks, pallet jacks) Ability to follow SOPs, meet established KPIs, and work flexible hours or shifts Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight-forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
