Facilities & Warehouse Associate Position: Facilities & Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Part-Time Location: Bakersfield, CA We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Warehouse Associate to help maintain our facility and assist with general warehouse operations. This is a versatile position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, can handle a variety of maintenance projects, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Primary Responsibilities Facility Maintenance & Projects Perform painting, paint touch-ups, and custom color matching Patch and repair drywall, including sanding and finishing Complete minor facility repairs and general maintenance Assemble furniture, shelving, workstations, and other equipment Install or replace basic fixtures, hardware, shelving, and wall-mounted items Assist with small improvement and organization projects throughout the facility Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas Identify maintenance issues and communicate when professional repair services may be needed Warehouse & Production Support When maintenance projects are completed or during downtime, this position will assist the warehouse and production teams with: Stocking and organizing inventory Receiving and putting away merchandise and supplies Picking and packing customer orders Assembling shipping and product boxes Assisting with product assembly and production Preparing products for shipment Maintaining clean and organized warehouse areas General warehouse support as needed Qualifications Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, warehouse, or similar experience preferred Experience with painting and basic drywall repair Comfortable using common hand and power tools Ability to assemble furniture and equipment using instructions Detail-oriented with good workmanship Able to work independently and prioritize assigned projects Dependable, punctual, and willing to help in different areas Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to safely lift and move boxes, furniture, materials, and supplies Must follow workplace and warehouse safety procedures Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is resourceful, dependable, and versatile . The right person takes pride in keeping a facility looking professional, can complete projects without constant supervision, and is equally comfortable repairing a wall, assembling furniture, stocking inventory, or helping the team pick and pack orders. This is an all-around support position , so flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed are important. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
