We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor with a strong background in high-volume restaurant operations, FOH systems, and team leadership.
This is a hands-on role responsible for both leading service shifts and owning key operational functions including tip-outs, inventory support, and workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage FOH service shifts (servers, bartenders, hosts)

Execute and oversee nightly tip-outs and cash handling

Support inventory management, ordering, and tracking

Maintain and improve restaurant systems and operational efficiency

Ensure opening/closing procedures and checklists are followed

Troubleshoot and support POS systems and reporting
-
Uphold high standards of guest service in an upscale environment
Qualifications
-
2+ years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Experience with restaurant operations, tip-outs, and cash handling

Strong leadership and communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work nights, weekends, and fast-paced shifts
Preferred Experience

Experience in upscale or fine dining environments

Familiarity with inventory systems and restaurant reporting

Prior role as Supervisor, Lead Server, or Assistant Manager
