The ideal candidate will oversee the daily production activities, ensure quality standards, optimize processes, and manage a team to meet production goals efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the extrusion production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Monitor extrusion processes and equipment performance to maintain product quality and consistency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and address equipment issues promptly. Train, mentor, and evaluate extrusion staff to promote professional growth and high performance. Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and supply chain teams to support overall production goals. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in extrusion manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of extrusion equipment, processes, and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
