Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Exterior Renovations Expert Subcontractor to lead and execute high-quality exterior renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial exteriors, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help clients enhance their property value and curb appeal through precise craftsmanship. Duties Perform exterior renovation tasks including siding replacement, window and door installation, roofing repairs, and facade upgrades. Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete projects with precision. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support project requirements. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to improve insulation, weatherproofing, and overall exterior integrity. Utilize handyman skills for minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing touches to meet client specifications. Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and document project progress regularly. Be responsible for your own tools and safety equipment. Maintain strong working relationship colleagues and owner. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on exterior renovations or related fields. Some interior work may be required Strong carpentry skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience using hand tools effectively and safely in various renovation tasks. Prior handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different repair projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout each project. Experience with heights. Experience helping another expert by measuring, cutting, and anticipating the next step.
