Export Specialist

We are looking for someone with experience in handling export air and ocean freight, a positive mindset and the ability to work with a diversified group of people. Duties and responsibilities: Customer service by phone and by e-mail AES filing / reporting Export Document preparation Arranging/coordinating pickups with local truckers Booking shipments with steamship lines, NVOCC carriers, and air carriers Labeling and checking of air export shipments at our designated warehouse Troubleshooting and problem-solving Interface with overseas offices on daily basis Interface with various company departments and offices nationwide Data entry Billing and invoicing Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2-5 years' experience in international logistics related work. Ability to work on a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters. Time management. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Descartes (Oneview) is a plus.
