Operations Clerk – Night Shift
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor daily freight operations
• Track shipments and provide customer updates
• Communicate with airlines, drivers, and warehouses
• Process shipment documentation and assist with operational needs
• CargoWise and freight forwarding experience required
Operations Clerk – Weekend Shift
Saturday & Sunday ONLY | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly pay
Responsibilities:
• Assist with weekend freight operations
• Monitor shipments and coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with customers, airlines, and drivers
• Process shipment documentation and provide operational support
• CargoWise and freight forwarding experience required
Import Clerk (Mon - Fri)
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of import experience, knowledge of CargoWise, and experience handling import documentation, shipment tracking, coordinating with airlines/carriers, and communicating with customers. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Pay is DOE per position. Lowest range from $55k to highest for manager $80k.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
