The company offers opportunities to grow skills in international logistics and export operations. Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and other partners, with a focus on ocean exports. The role includes daily interaction with customers to provide shipment updates, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. The Export Coordinator will track cargo movements, monitor deadlines, and update internal systems to maintain accurate records. The individual in this role will collaborate with operations, sales, and accounting teams to support smooth export processes and maintain high service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Export Documentation and Export process skills, including familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, and compliance requirements. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to work with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Candidates should possess knowledge of Ocean export operations, including scheduling, routing, and coordination with freight forwarders and carriers. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with office and logistics software (e.g., MS Office, shipment tracking systems); experience with transportation or freight management tools is beneficial. Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or export coordination is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in logistics, supply chain, or international trade is a plus.
