"Altar Produce"Job Overview Temporary Export Assistant position in Calexico supporting export operations for Europe. Responsible for order tracking, export documentation, system updates, and coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Duties Track and update export orders in SAP and Famous . Verify pricing, quantities, air waybills, and shipment information. Prepare and verify export documents and phytosanitary certificates. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, Shipping, Orders, and Packing teams. Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and order records. Follow up on shipments and resolve documentation issues to prevent delays. Skills Strong organization and attention to detail. Good communication and follow-up skills. Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure. Teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility. Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines. Availability to work evenings from home and weekends as needed based on business and operational requirements.
