Expert Import Specialist

Import Specialist — Air & Ocean Film Logic Customs Brokers is seeking an experienced Import Specialist with 2–3 years of air and ocean import experience . We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shipments while providing excellent customer service in a fast pace environment. CargoWise experience is required. Responsibilities: Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery. Review shipment documents for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and communicate with airlines, steamship lines, overseas agents, and truckers. Track shipments, resolve delays, and keep customers informed. Maintain accurate shipment records and billing information in CargoWise. Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience handling air and ocean imports. Required working knowledge of CargoWise. Familiarity with import documentation and customs clearance procedures. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment. Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
