Experienced Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Box Truck Driving

Location: East Longmeadow, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position: Full-Time, On-Site | Immediate Opening Jozev Products , an established national wholesale distributor serving correctional commissaries throughout the United States, is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated warehouse professional to join our team. We specialize in the distribution of grocery, snack, health and beauty, and personal care products. Our business operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy, efficiency, teamwork, and reliability are essential. We are looking for a seasoned individual with strong shipping and receiving experience, forklift proficiency, and box truck driving experience who takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative, and can work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, stage, and prepare outbound customer orders for shipment. Receive incoming merchandise, unload deliveries, and verify products and quantities against purchase orders. Break down and organize incoming shipments by SKU, vendor, and product category. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Drive company box truck for local pickups and deliveries as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock control, and warehouse organization. Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and computerized inventory systems. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Support daily warehouse operations and assist wherever needed to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of proven warehouse experience , particularly in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Forklift certification and demonstrated operating experience. Box truck driving experience and a valid U.S. driver's license. DOT certification or qualification, as applicable, is required; Jozev can assist eligible candidates with obtaining necessary certification. Ability to repeatedly lift and handle products weighing approximately 30–60 lbs. Strong mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Dependable transportation to our East Longmeadow facility. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. A professional, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, collaborate with coworkers, and take initiative without constant supervision.
