EXPERIENCED TRUCK DISPATCHER FOR CDL OTR

Manley Trucking is looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to help manage and grow our fleet. We are looking for a dispatcher who understands the trucking industry, knows how to find quality freight, negotiate rates, plan efficient routes, and keep drivers moving. Our trucks currently average approximately $3.00 per mile , and we are looking for someone who can help maintain strong rates while improving overall truck utilization and profitability. What You'll Do Find and book profitable loads for company trucks Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers Maintain strong relationships with brokers and freight partners Plan efficient routes and minimize deadhead miles Keep trucks loaded and moving consistently Monitor driver schedules, pickups, and deliveries Review rate confirmations and load information Communicate with drivers throughout the load Track load profitability and help identify better-paying freight Assist with resolving delays, appointment changes, and load issues Keep accurate dispatch and load records Work closely with management to meet company revenue goals What We're Looking For Proven experience dispatching Class A CDL trucks Strong knowledge of the freight market and major load boards Experience negotiating rates with brokers Understanding of RPM, deadhead, detention, layover, and accessorial charges Ability to identify profitable vs. low-paying freight Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound dispatch decisions Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience managing multiple trucks is a plus Our Goal Manley Trucking is growing its fleet and building a strong long-term operation.
