Experienced Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driver – CDL A or B Location: Naples, Florida Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Compensation: Competitive, percentage-based pay per completed load; details discussed during interview. About Us We are an established construction and concrete company with over 22 years of experience, seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced tri-axle dump truck driver for local hauling operations in Southwest Florida. This is a local driving position with no overnight trips. Responsibilities Safely operate a Kenworth tri-axle dump truck. Transport sand, dirt, gravel, and construction aggregates. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain truck cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly. Follow DOT regulations and all applicable safety procedures. Maintain accurate load tickets and delivery records. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and management. Properly maintain and safeguard company equipment, tools, and accessories. Report mechanical issues, accidents, or damage immediately. Requirements Valid Class A or Class B CDL appropriate for the vehicle. Minimum 2 years of tri-axle dump truck driving experience required. Safe driving history and ability to meet commercial insurance underwriting requirements. Knowledge of commercial vehicle inspections and DOT regulations. Reliable transportation to the truck’s parking location. Dependable, punctual, responsible, and professional. Ability to pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing and applicable employment screening. Compensation and Schedule Competitive percentage-based compensation per completed load. Compensation details discussed during the interview. Full-time, local hauling. Home daily. W-2 employment. Employment subject to required driver qualification and insurance approval.
