EXPERIENCED TOWING DISPATCHER

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED TOWING DISPATCHER REMOTE / HYBRID | $15.00 PER HOUR DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Towing & Roadside Assistance Dispatcher who understands the demands of a high-volume towing operation . Applicants must have direct dispatch experience and be proficient in Towbook and Salesforce . We need someone who can manage multiple drivers, coordinate service calls, communicate accurate ETAs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dispatch and coordinate towing and roadside assistance calls efficiently. Manage multiple drivers and incoming service requests simultaneously. Utilize Towbook and Salesforce to monitor, update, and document calls. Communicate accurate ETAs and service updates to customers. Prioritize calls based on customer needs, driver location, availability, and operational efficiency. Handle motor club dispatch requests, including AAA and Agero. Maintain accurate job statuses, notes, and documentation. Follow established dispatch procedures and management instructions. Maintain professionalism, accountability, and efficiency throughout each shift. DISPATCH INTEGRITY & ACCOUNTABILITY Company and customer priorities must always come first. Dispatch assignments must be based on operational efficiency, customer needs, driver location, availability, and company profitability. Dispatchers must remain impartial and professional when assigning calls. Dispatchers must follow company procedures and management direction. Every dispatch decision should support the company's operations while providing timely, reliable customer service. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Previous dispatch experience. Towbook experience — minimum 2 years. Salesforce experience — minimum 1 year. Strong geographical knowledge of Atlanta and surrounding counties. Experience handling towing, roadside assistance, and motor club dispatch operations. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette. Ability to work independently while following company procedures. Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection. Dependable attendance and availability for assigned shifts. POSITION DETAILS Pay: $15.00 per hour Job Type: Contract Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid Office Location: Stockbridge, GA 30281 Scheduling Needs: Day and evening shifts 8–10-hour shifts Weekend and rotating weekend coverage On-call coverage as needed Schedules and remote/hybrid arrangements will be discussed with qualified applicants.
