Experienced Siding Installation Subcontractors Wanted Company: Yeager Home Improvement LLC Location: York, PA & Surrounding Areas Opportunity Type: Independent Subcontracting Partnership About the Opportunity Yeager Home Improvement is seeking established, highly experienced siding installation subcontractors to partner with our growing residential remodeling company. We specialize in high-quality exterior home improvements and are looking for professional siding contractors who consistently deliver superior craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail. This is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT an employee position. Entry-level installers need not apply. Requirements - Extensive professional experience installing vinyl siding, Dutch lap, board and batten, and other residential siding systems. - Expert-level proficiency operating an aluminum brake and custom bending aluminum for fascia, window and door trim, and exterior finishing applications. - Extensive experience installing soffit, fascia, J-channel, corner posts, starter strips, and siding accessories. - Strong knowledge of house wrap, flashing, moisture management, and proper weatherproofing techniques. - Must operate as an established, independent siding installation contractor. - Must hold all applicable licenses and contractor registrations. - Must carry active general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage where required. - Must own reliable work vehicles, professional-grade tools, aluminum brake, ladders, scaffolding, and all necessary installation equipment. - Must consistently produce clean, precise, professional installations. - Must maintain safe, organized, and clean jobsites. - Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication with homeowners.
