Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented SHIPPING and RECEIVING LEAD. This role involves managing the day-to-day receiving of blank product to be decorated and shipping of finished products to customers. Responsibilities include: Receiving incoming product accurately and in a timely manner. Shipping customer orders promptly and accurately Identify and process damaged goods and backorders Handling returns, exchanges, and issue resolution The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with experience in computerized shipping and receiving. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
