This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technician who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex trailer repairs. What You'll Do As an Experienced Semi-Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of semi-trailers and specialized equipment. Responsibilities include: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on semi-trailers. Repair and service air brake systems, ABS, hydraulic systems, and lift axles. Perform structural repairs, frame straightening, and trailer restoration. Complete welding, metal fabrication, and custom repair work. Diagnose, repair, and maintain walking floor systems and other specialized trailer equipment. Identify mechanical and structural issues and determine the appropriate repair solutions. Work on a variety of trailer makes, models, and specialized units. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For 6–8+ years of hands-on semi-trailer technician experience required. Strong working knowledge of semi-trailer repair, maintenance, and diagnostics. Extensive experience with air brakes, lift axles, and trailer-specific systems. Demonstrated experience in structural fabrication, welding, and frame straightening. Experience diagnosing and repairing walking floor systems is highly desirable. Ability to independently troubleshoot and complete complex repairs. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality workmanship. Mechanical certifications or technical training preferred but not required for candidates with extensive hands-on experience. Important: We are specifically seeking experienced semi-trailer technicians with a background in trailer repair and structural work. General welding or automotive mechanical experience alone does not meet the experience requirements for this position.
