Work you can take pride in. \*\*Previous tire retreading experience is required\*\* Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers in the nation. We’re looking for experienced Retread Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and share our commitment to safety. In this role, you’ll inspect, buff, and retread tires to meet safety and quality standards, help manage inventory, and maintain equipment to keep production running smoothly. We Offer: Medical after 30 days Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays 401(k) w/company match Medical/Dental/Vision & Employer-Paid Life/Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability Opportunity to develop professionally, grow your skillset, and advance within the company Qualifications: Previous experience working in a tire retread facility Solid understanding of the retread process and equipment General mechanical aptitude, close attention to detail, and a commitment to quality Strong work ethic and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment Ability to pass a background check and drug screen High school diploma or equivalent Key Responsibilities: Inspect tires for damage and assess if they are suitable for retreading Buff tires to remove old tread and prepare them for retreading Apply new treads to tires using retreading equipment Assist in inventory management by tracking tire quantities and types Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards Maintain accurate production and inspection records Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Skills and Abilities: Safety-conscious and committed to producing quality work Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating production equipment Dependable, hardworking, and coachable Ability to follow established instructions and procedures Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
