Experienced Painting Subcontractor Crews Wanted - Residential & Commercial

Job Summary We are seeking experienced painting subcontractor crews to join our dynamic team, delivering top-quality residential and commercial painting services. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through sanding, scraping, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Apply paint using various methods including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and construction spray painting. Use hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers, and scaffolding or ladders safely to access different work areas. Interpret technical drawings, color schemes, and specifications to achieve precise results aligned with project requirements. Conduct surface repairs such as plastering, drywall finishing, caulking, and minor carpentry including trim carpentry and frame carpentry. Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations by using respiratory protection, following safety protocols, and ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials. Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards on residential and commercial projects. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial construction painting projects with a strong portfolio of completed work. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Familiarity with color theory for accurate color matching and visual color comparison skills. Skilled in surface preparation techniques including construction site experience with drywall, stucco, masonry, and restoration work. Ability to operate various tools such as hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (airless and conventional), scaffolding, ladders, and related equipment safely. Understanding of safety regulations related to construction painting environments along with proper use of respiratory protection. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating coverage and project estimates. Experience interpreting technical drawings or specifications for precise application of coatings on structural surfaces. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
