About the position: The Parts Manager manages the day to day operation of the Parts Department, it’s related staff, and is responsible for the daily processes that make the department successful. They are expected to be a contributing member of our management team, which creates opportunity for additional performance related bonuses beyond our published salary. The Parts Manager has responsibility for 4 key areas within the parts department: Department staffing and daily management Parts Inventory management and warehousing Parts Purchasing and Receiving Parts Sales Candidate requirements: 5+ years of management experience in an outdoor power equipment dealership Experience ordering and receiving from multiple vendors on a daily basis Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping software Personnel Management Special consideration given to individuals that have experience with Charter Dealer Management Software (Aspen) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: outdoor power equipment: 5 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Macedonia, OH 44056 (Required) Work Location: In person
