Experienced OTR Flatbed Dispatchers

Job Summary We are seeking experienced OTR (Over-the-Road) Flatbed Dispatchers to join our dynamic logistics team! Pay 2.5% of Gross Revenue 5 Trucks:45K weekly gross → $1,125/week 6 Trucks: 54K weekly gross → $1,350/week 7 Trucks: 63K weekly gross → $1,575/week 8 Trucks: 72K weekly gross → $1, 800/week Responsibilities Find and book profitable OTR flatbed loads using DAT and other load boards Negotiate rates and terms with brokers Plan current and future loads to maximize revenue and minimize deadhead Manage drivers according to HOS and available driving hours Coordinate pickups, deliveries, appointments, and load tracking Monitor loads from pickup through delivery Handle detention, layover, TONU, rescheduling, and other operational issues Maintain accurate load, trip, and driver information in the company TMS Monitor each truck's weekly revenue and overall performance Position trucks strategically for their next profitable market Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and internal operations Maximize weekly gross while maintaining safe, realistic, and compliant schedules Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of U.S. truck dispatching experience Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board Proven rate negotiation skills Strong understanding of: RPM Deadhead HOS/ELD Truck profitability Market conditions Understanding of flatbed operations, including: Cargo dimensions Weight restrictions Tarping Load securement Flatbed equipment and requirements Strong spoken and written English Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple trucks at once Preferred: TMS experience Experience dispatching 5+ trucks simultaneously Established broker relationships Strong knowledge of regional and OTR flatbed freight markets We are looking for a business-minded dispatcher , not someone who simply books the next available load.
