Greenline Diesel & Auto RepairExperienced Light-Duty Diesel Technician – M-F, CLOSED WEEKENDS, $125K+ Potential Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair | Jacksonville, NC We’re looking for an experienced Light-Duty Diesel Technician who knows their way around diesel trucks, can diagnose problems properly, and takes pride in doing quality work. We’re not looking for someone who just changes parts. We need someone who understands what they’re working on and can handle diagnostics and repairs without someone constantly looking over their shoulder. WHAT WE OFFER Monday–Friday. NO WEEKENDS! $125K+ annual earning potential! No artificial pay ceiling. 10 days PTO after 90 days; 15 days after 2 years. 80 hours of paid technical training. Company-paid ongoing training. Service Advisors who can sell your work. Dedicated Parts Manager. Quality Control support. Professional diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. Family-owned and veteran-operated! WHAT WE NEED We’re looking for someone with professional experience working on: Ford Power Stroke: 7.3L, 6.0L, 6.4L, 6.7L GM Duramax: LB7–L5P Ram Cummins: 5.9L, 6.7L You don’t need to know every platform, but you should have solid experience with at least one of them. You should be comfortable diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns, fuel systems, turbochargers, and engine mechanical issues, as well as performing major repairs independently. We expect our technicians to diagnose instead of guess, document their work, and fix vehicles right the first time. WHY GREENLINE? We know how frustrating it is to be a good technician but spend half your day waiting on parts, dealing with poor communication, or not having the support you need. That’s why we’re putting the right people and processes in place to keep work moving and let our technicians focus on fixing vehicles. Pay is based on experience, ability, and production, with $125K+ earning potential for the right technician. We understand the person we’re looking for probably already has a job. If you’re an experienced diesel technician who takes pride in your work but doesn’t feel appreciated, supported, or paid according to your ability, we’d like to talk. #hc271987
