We need a motivated, dependable individual who understands the fast-paced intermodal trucking industry and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and drivers daily. Coordinate container pickups and deliveries at ports and rail terminals. Track shipments and provide timely customer updates. Resolve scheduling issues and service problems quickly. Monitor appointments, container availability, and delivery deadlines. Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail. Qualifications: Intermodal trucking experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of port and rail operations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
