Our HET's are the heart and soul of our organization. Our technicians will be supported by our Headquarter team that includes the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Technical Support Manager, our Parts Team, and our owner. They will receive lots of indirect support from the accounting, administration, and operations teams. We understand that your success = our success. Our Techs are responsible for diagnosis, trouble-shooting, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep while achieving deadlines and exceeding customer expectations. We do not sacrifice quality. This position will provide daily challenges, a sense of accomplishment, and will train you to be the best in the industry. You must have initiative and perseverance in this role. The successful mechanic(s) will have demonstrated success in previous roles. This tech will be an experienced and knowledgeable Heavy Equipment Technician. You understand the importance of time management, cleanliness, attention to detail, and attendance. Communication, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer literacy skills are essential in this role as our shop operates almost paperless. You will have the ability to troubleshoot tricky and technical issues, to source information and potential solutions, as well as to learn from honest feedback. There are NO part changers here. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This is an hourly paid position with some overtime opportunities.
