Morken Companies is hiring an experienced technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial semi-trailers at our Ham Lake shop. The work ranges from troubleshooting ABS faults and repairing air brakes to replacing floors, doors, and roof panels. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair air brake systems, suspension components, and wheel ends, including bearings and seals. Troubleshoot trailer wiring, lighting, and ABS issues. Repair or replace floors, doors, roofs, body panels, and landing gear. Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Complete welding and fabrication work as needed. Document completed repairs and maintain a safe work area. Qualifications Professional experience repairing heavy-duty trailers or comparable commercial equipment. Ability to diagnose problems independently and complete repairs on air brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and trailer structures. Reliable attendance, clear communication, and attention to the quality of your work. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. DOT inspection qualifications are a plus.
