Experienced Grocery Stocker

Job Overview Enson Market Madison is looking for an experienced and dependable Grocery Stocker to join our team. We are looking for someone with previous experience in grocery stocking, retail, warehouse, receiving, or a similar position who can work efficiently with limited supervision. The Stocker will be responsible for stocking and organizing merchandise, unloading and moving deliveries, checking product dates, and keeping the sales floor and backroom clean and organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced grocery store environment. Responsibilities Stock and replenish products on shelves and displays Organize merchandise and maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor Unload and move incoming deliveries safely Use pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed Organize and put away incoming merchandise Check expiration dates and rotate products as needed Assist with inventory counts and product organization Maintain clean and organized sales floor, backroom, and storage areas Follow store procedures for stocking, receiving, and merchandise handling Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to complete daily tasks Assist with other store duties and departments when needed Requirements Previous experience in grocery stocking, retail, warehouse, receiving, or a similar position Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to work independently with limited supervision Able to lift and move boxes and merchandise regularly Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Experience using a pallet jack is a plus Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus Must be at least 18 years old Schedule Must be able to work the assigned schedule consistently Weekend availability may be required What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Stocker who can work efficiently, stay organized, and take responsibility for keeping the store properly stocked . The ideal candidate should be familiar with stocking and receiving duties and comfortable working independently without constant supervision. Reliability is very important for this position. We are looking for someone who arrives on time, follows the assigned schedule, completes daily tasks, and works well with the team.
