Boeing is looking for Experienced Government Procurement Financial Analysts (PFA) located in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ.

  

As a part of the Defense Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) team, PFAs support the development of the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs support U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sale, and Direct Commercial Sale type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price position

  • Conduct cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models

  • Substantiate cost estimates and lead supplier and customer negotiations

  • Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements

  • Develop and improve cost analysis templates and tools

  • Communication and presentation skills needed

  • Ability to travel if needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years’ of experience in business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

  • 3+ years’ of experience utilizing Microsoft Office (for example Excel, Word, Power Point)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' of direct experience in estimating, procurement, or project/program management

  • Experience in Procurement Financial Analysis with strong finance analytics background

  • Experience reviewing and developing procurement strategies

  • Experience with and/or exposure to supplier related data

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance
