Experienced Order Selector | Earn up to $23.00/hour Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 1:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Occasional overtime during summer and holidays Location: Johnstown, PA | Hiring Immediately Base Pay (based on experience): $19.50/hour – 6+ years warehouse or beverage experience $18.50/hour – 3–5 years experience $17.50/hour - 0-2 years experience Additional Incentives: +$1.00/hour Perfect Attendance +$1.50/hour Volume Picking +$1.00/hour Healthcare Opt-Out Total potential pay: Up to $23.00/hour Why Apply Consistent full-time hours Off every Friday and Saturday Clear expectations and accountability Established, people-first company Team-focused environment What You’ll Do Operate walkie rider pallet jack throughout the warehouse Accurately pick and build beverage orders using pick sheets or RF systems Lift, move, and stack cases and kegs (50–100+ lbs) from various heights Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for the next day’s delivery routes Verify product accuracy and inspect for damage Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization This is a physical, fast-paced role where accuracy, teamwork, and accountability matter .
