We are looking for experienced freight brokers and freight forwarders with an active book of business. This is a full-time, remote opportunity . Work from home... or the moon, provided your internet connection is reliable. You already know what it takes to quote, book, and manage freight. Let’s talk about the business you bring, the support you need, and a compensation structure that makes the move worthwhile. What We Offer Compensation is the highest commission-based percentage. Your Role (you should not need to read this part if you are an experienced freight broker or freight forwarder :) Manage and continue to grow your customer portfolio, negotiate rates, coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable and exceptional customer service to your clients. And work with Paige’s team to resolve problems if required, and meet applicable transportation and documentation requirements. What You Bring Proven freight brokerage or freight forwarding experience. An active, transferable book of business and established customer relationships. Strong pricing, negotiation, account management, and problem-solving skills. Experience using transportation management or dispatch software. Professional communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
