Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as an Experienced Forklift Operator with a clean background! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, expertly handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your expertise with various forklift equipment and warehouse management systems will drive efficiency and safety across our distribution center. Duties Operate a variety of forklift equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, pallet jacks, and load & unload heavy materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory through barcode scanning, warehouse management systems, and manual counts to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels Pick, pack, and prepare orders with precision using order picker tools and manual handling techniques Load and unload shipments while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards in production environments Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Assist in shipping & receiving tasks by verifying shipments against documentation and maintaining detailed inbound/outbound logs Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials, performing heavy lifting, and ensuring efficient workflow Experience Proven experience operating forklift equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar heavy machinery in a warehouse setting Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, shipping & receiving processes Knowledge of warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and materials handling equipment operation Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling procedures Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required Basic math skills for inventory counts and order processing Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and excellence.
