The Opportunity We're looking for experienced Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Wholesale Delivery Drivers to join our Savannah team. If you have at least 2 years of professional delivery experience in wholesale beer, wine, spirits, or non-alcoholic beverage distribution, we want to hear from you. We recognize the value of experienced drivers who understand route management, customer relationships, product handling, and the demands of beverage distribution. You'll operate a 26-foot box truck on established local routes throughout the Savannah area, delivering products to retail customers while representing Savannah Distributing Company. No CDL required. Pay & Earning Potential Competitive Base Pay Commensurate with Experience + Commission We recognize that industry experience matters. Starting compensation will be determined based on relevant beverage distribution experience, driving qualifications, and demonstrated skills. With base pay and commission, drivers have the opportunity to earn approximately 50, 000– 60,000+ annually , depending on experience, route performance, commission, hours worked, and other applicable compensation. Our 2025 payroll results show that many of our established drivers earned more than $50,000 in gross pay, with some earning considerably more. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid after 90 days of employment. Our fleet consists of well-maintained delivery trucks equipped with modern safety technology, driver-assistance features, onboard camera systems, and telematics. These systems support safe driving, provide additional context when incidents occur, and help protect both our drivers and the company while they're on the road. What to Expect Local Savannah-area delivery routes Early start times, typically between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM Approximately 15–25 customer stops per day Active, hands-on work throughout the day Regular interaction with retail customers Frequent loading, unloading, and movement of beverage products Work in varying weather conditions What You'll Do Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on assigned local delivery routes Deliver beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail customers Efficiently manage assigned routes and delivery schedules Load, unload, and move products using hand trucks and pallet jacks Maintain positive customer relationships and provide professional service Handle product returns and required delivery documentation Collect customer payments when required Complete delivery logs, reports, and vehicle inspections Follow company safety procedures and applicable DOT requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in wholesale beer, wine, spirits, or non-alcoholic beverage delivery Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD), wholesale distribution, or established beverage delivery routes Valid driver's license Driving record that meets company MVR requirements Ability to pass a DOT physical and required drug screening Experience safely loading, unloading, and handling delivery products St…
