Experienced Diesel Mechanic - Electrical & Diagnostics - Fleet Master Truck & Trailer Repair We're hiring an experienced heavy-duty diesel mechanic who is strong in electrical systems and computer diagnostics. Two shops - choose the one closer to you: Melrose Park: 4825 W Lake St, Melrose Park, IL 60160 Bedford Park: 6363 W 73rd St, Bedford Park, IL 60638 Pay: $40+/hr based on experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Paid time off. Full-time. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sat 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. What you'll do: Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers, with a focus on electrical systems and computer diagnostics Troubleshoot engine, aftertreatment, ABS and wiring issues Work with our shop manager to keep customer fleets on the road Requirements: 3-5+ years of hands-on heavy-duty truck mechanic experience Confident with diagnostic software and electrical troubleshooting Own basic tools Legally authorized to work in the US How to apply: apply here on Indeed, or call or text Hugo at (708) 415-0251.
