Experienced Class A CDL Driver – OTR, Regional & Local

First Capital Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our growing transportation company. This is a full-time W-2 position operating a well-maintained 2023 Mack Sleeper with opportunities to haul flatbed and box/dry van freight. The truck is domiciled in Bradenton, Florida , with OTR, regional, and local opportunities available based on freight and operational needs. Compensation 20% of eligible load revenue during the initial 90-day period 22%–25% of eligible load revenue after 90 days , based on experience, safety record, performance, and qualifications Highly experienced drivers with strong safety records and relevant flatbed experience may qualify for the top percentage Percentage-based compensation — NO CPM Projected truck/load revenue: $8,000–$10,000 per week * Benefits W-2 employment 5 paid PTO days annually after 90 days 3 paid sick days annually after 90 days Company contribution toward employee health insurance Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonus eligibility after 90 days Flexible home-time options based on route selection and operational needs OTR, regional, and local driving opportunities Equipment 2023 Mack Sleeper Tractor Flatbed Trailer Box/Dry Van Trailer ELD equipped Well-maintained equipment Driver Responsibilities Safely operate assigned tractor and trailer in compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD and Hours-of-Service records Safely pick up, transport, and deliver freight Maintain timely communication with dispatch and customers Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and professional condition Follow company safety policies and operating procedures Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class A driving experience No more than 2 minor moving violations Acceptable FMCSA PSP report Must meet applicable DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements Must successfully complete required pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Must be able to communicate in English sufficiently to safely perform required commercial-driving duties, understand instructions, maintain required records, and comply with applicable regulations Working knowledge of ELD and Hours-of-Service requirements Dependable, professional, safety-focused, and respectful of equipment Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonus After completing the initial 90-day period, eligible drivers may qualify for a quarterly performance bonus based on overall safety and performance, including: No preventable accidents Hours-of-Service compliance Satisfactory DOT roadside inspections On-time pickups and deliveries Proper equipment care Timely paperwork and documentation Professional communication and reliability Why First Capital Transport?
