Experienced OTR Box Truck Driver with CDL – 25%–30% of Load Revenue BOX TRUCK 33,000 lbs Company: AJ Spartan Logistics LLC Start Date: ASAP Compensation: 25%–30% of Load Revenue, Based on Experience AJ Spartan Logistics LLC is hiring an experienced OTR Box Truck Driver to join our growing trucking operation. We are looking for a dependable and professional driver who is comfortable being on the road, communicates effectively with dispatch and operations, and takes pride in safely operating and caring for company equipment. Compensation & Benefits 25%–30% of load revenue, based on experience and qualifications Truck provided by AJ Spartan Logistics OTR freight opportunities Immediate start available If you are selected and live outside the truck's pickup area, AJ Spartan will arrange and pay for your flight to travel to the truck's location Driver Requirements Minimum of 1 year of licensed driving experience prior to applying Prior box truck driving experience required Prior OTR (Over-the-Road) experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record CDL and medical card are a must Must be able to communicate sufficiently in English to perform required driving duties, communicate with dispatch and operations, understand instructions and road signs, complete required records, and respond to official inquiries as applicable Must meet applicable DOT, insurance, driver qualification, and company safety requirements Comfortable driving long distances and operating across multiple states Comfortable remaining on the road based on loads and scheduling Able to safely secure and handle freight Able to complete required driver qualification and onboarding documentation Reliable, professional, safety-conscious, and responsible with company equipment OTR Expectations This is an OTR position, not a local driving position. Drivers should be prepared to travel across multiple states and remain on the road as required based on available loads and scheduling.
