Experienced CDL-A Port Truck Driver – Home Daily

Pay: $6,000–$7,000 per month Schedule: Full-time | Home Daily | Day or Night Shift Opportunities About the Position Burch Ave Logistics is looking for an experienced CDL Class A Port Truck Driver to run a consistent local route between the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach and our Moreno Valley location. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who already has hands-on experience operating through the ports. This position is ideal for someone who knows port procedures, terminal operations, container pickups and returns, and local Southern California freight routes. Port driving experience and a valid CDL Class A license are required. Route & Responsibilities Run approximately 2–3 trips per day between the Los Angeles/Long Beach port area and Moreno Valley, depending on traffic, terminal wait times, and daily operations. Transport containers and complete assigned port and yard movements safely and efficiently. Follow terminal procedures, appointments, dispatch instructions, and all applicable safety regulations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatch and report delays or equipment issues promptly. Keep the truck and equipment in safe operating condition. Schedule & Compensation Monthly pay: $6,000–$7,000 , depending on experience, schedule, and qualifications. Home daily — no OTR or overnight trips away from home required. Potential day or night shift opportunities, depending on route availability. Full-time local work. Occasional Saturday availability may be needed, depending on operational demand. Actual hours and trip volume will depend on port traffic, terminal wait times, and dispatch schedules. Requirements Valid CDL Class A commercial driver's license — required. Previous hands-on experience driving through the Ports of Los Angeles and/or Long Beach — required . Clean driving record and acceptable safety history — required. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to operate safely in busy port and terminal environments. Must meet company insurance and qualification requirements. TWIC card preferred. Applicants who do not currently have a TWIC card may still apply, but must be willing and eligible to obtain one if required for the assigned work.
