This is regional work — home once a week — hauling containers. If you like longer turns and don't mind the occasional winter weather, this lane runs smooth. You'll run 5 days on, 2 days off. Shifts are either Sun–Thur or Tue–Sat . Weekend and holiday work is part of the deal. Heads up: You may get sent to another state for 2 weeks to a month at a time. States you could run into: IL, GA, FL, NC . What You Need Valid Class A CDL 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the past year, OR 12 months combined over the last 5 years Clean MVR Pass background check Pass DOT physical Pass pre-employment hair and urine drug screens No owner operators. No trainees. Experienced drivers only.
