Confidential4 His Glory Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced carpenter subcontractor for residential redevelopment and property-flipping projects throughout Broome County. This is not occasional handyman or side work. We are looking for a dependable professional who can commit to agreed project schedules and deliver clean, quality workmanship. Pay starts at $30+ per hour, based on experience and skill level. Ongoing work is available for the right person. Responsibilities: Residential framing and structural carpentry Finish carpentry, trim, baseboards and quarter-round Interior and exterior door installation Cabinetry and custom shelving installation Deck boards, railings and related exterior carpentry Reading and following project plans Completing work according to local building codes Keeping the job site clean, safe and organized Requirements: Proven residential carpentry experience Must carry general liability insurance Must provide a completed W-9 Must have your own tools and reliable transportation Must understand local building codes Must be able to work on permitted projects and pull permits when required Must provide references and photos of completed work Must be punctual, professional and able to meet agreed deadlines Must work independently while coordinating with other trades To apply, submit your experience, current availability, references and photos of your completed carpentry work.
