Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Specialist: Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with accurate parts lookup and ordering Maintain expert knowledge of Toyota OEM parts, accessories, and catalog systems Process parts orders, returns, special orders, and warranty parts Ensure parts are pulled, staged, and delivered efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking, labeling, and organization Answer phone and inâ€'person inquiries with professionalism and urgency Support the Parts Manager with daily operations as needed Qualifications: Previous dealership or automotive parts counter experience required CDK and Toyota experience a plus! Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented Please upload your resume.
