Experienced Auto Body Parts

Job Summary As an Experienced Auto Body Parts professional, you’ll keep repair and service work moving by sourcing, purchasing, and managing the parts teams need. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, technicians, customers, and internal teams to support accurate orders, dependable inventory, and timely shipping and receiving. Your impact: Accurate parts sourcing and inventory control help repair teams complete work efficiently and get vehicles back to customers. Duties Source and order original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket parts; compare pricing, availability, and fit. Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, procurement, negotiations, and order updates. Maintain inventory records, demand planning, parts administration, and logistics using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, inventory management systems, and an order management system. Coordinate warehouse management, shipping and receiving, and forklift operations in line with safety procedures. Enter data, communicate order status, and provide customer service to support auto body repair and automotive service operations. Skills Required: Automotive parts and accessories knowledge, mechanical knowledge, parts sourcing, inventory management, inventory control, and supplier management experience. Required: Experience with purchasing, procurement management, supply chain management, logistics inventory management, and internal communication. Preferred: Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, manufacturing, Must have Experience with CCC One estimating Software, with 5years exp. (computerized maintenance management systems), Microsoft Office, ERP systems, warehouse management, and inventory or order management systems. Ability to apply pricing and demand planning practices while managing parts accurately and efficiently. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
