EXPERIENCE DIESEL TECHNICIAN (Go2 Logistics)

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experience Diesel Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, diagnosing and servicing tractors and some trailers . Your expertise will ensure the reliability of related mechanical components, supporting our commitment to quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about servicing equipment in a clean, temperature controlled environment. Responsibilities Diagnose electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults accurately. Diagnose engine issues, using computer software. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems. Repair or replace mechanical components but not limited to, such as air systems, engine related repairs, electrical, brake system and basic repair needs. Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform precise equipment repairs while adhering to safety standards. Must be able to work safely around others and follow safety guidelines. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and logs for all repairs performed; communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding system status. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair. Ability to read schematics, and technical manuals accurately. Knowledge of electrical systems diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; familiarity with how the electrical system operates. 3-5 years experience with diesel tractor/trailer repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
