The Expeditor IV will proactively manage items, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Expeditor IV - Responsibilities: • Proactively manage and ensure on-time readiness and delivery of assigned equipment/materials • Manage documentation and logistics between vendors, engineering, and project teams • Regularly review vendor schedules and data to prevent delays • Notify stakeholders of potential delays and work with suppliers to resolve issues • Organize and lead vendor supply meetings and attend project meetings • Provide ongoing status reports to stakeholders • Assist in invoice verification and resolving freight claims • Coordinate logistics for delivery and site readiness • Maintain electronic records for PO/Contract closeouts • Consult with Team Lead and/or Manager on project progress Expeditor IV - Mandatory Skills: • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in a high-paced environment • Knowledge of expediting best practices and logistics • Experience with mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation equipment • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines • Effective communication skills and attention to detail • Working knowledge of engineering and vendor documentation Expeditor IV – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Knowledge of MS Windows/Outlook and Office Suite • Familiarity with SharePoint, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce • Post-secondary education in a related field Expeditor IV – Assignment Length: This is a contracty position.Expeditor IV - Start Date: ASAPExpeditor IV - Assignment Location: Houston, TX, United States. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days working from home (Wednesday, Friday).
