Position: Expeditor in town, driver
Locations of Work: 14 MacDonald Road, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Y1A 4L2.
Salary: 26.00/hr. 40 hours a week or 8 hours a day, by the Yukon Employment Standards Board.

Knowledge and skills required:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
• A valid driver's license class 5 (at least 3 years of experience driving) with a clean driving record.
• Able to work extra hours during high season from April to September, and weekends.
Duties and Main responsibilities:
• Solve shipping/logistical issues.
• Receive orders from Shop Supervisor, Fleet Manager, HD Shop Manager, and others.
• Pick up orders in an efficient manner and deliver to person who placed the order.
• Confirm receipt of parts and supplies as per the orders placed.
• Receive sign off from person placing the order confirming correct items are received.
• Prepare required paperwork for Accounting Department
• Maintain efficient process for receiving shop/office/field requests and the delivering of materials/supplies.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing supplies.
• Ensure clear communication with all personnel including employees, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure purchases are made in a timely manner.
• Pick up Employees from the airport and drop Employees.
• Provide transportation for Employees as required.
• Responsible for hauling recycling and garbage to proper areas/facilities.
• Assist with packing trucks for project deliveries.
