Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expo (Expeditor) to serve as the vital link between our kitchen and front-of-house teams. The Expo ensures every dish meets our quality standards, is presented beautifully, and is delivered to guests accurately and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining the high level of service expected in a fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers.
• Verify that all dishes are prepared according to specifications and presentation standards.
• Ensure food is delivered to guests promptly and at the proper temperature.
• Organize and manage Toast KDS /ticket flow during service.
• Inspect plates for accuracy, quality, and garnishing before leaving the kitchen.
• Assist with timing courses for multi-course dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient expo station.
• Support teamwork and promote a positive work environment.
• Handle special requests and dietary accommodations with accuracy.

Qualifications
• Previous restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and organizational abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
