Expeditor

The Expo coordinates communication between the front of the house serving staff and the kitchen team. They organize orders matching the proper tables with the servers and potentially deliver those orders if the server is serving other guests at the time the food is ready. Experience in a similar role strongly preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
