Plan b Glastonbury is hiring a Daytime Expeditor to join our team. If you're organized, dependable, and like staying busy, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime restaurant hours. The Expeditor is one of the most important positions in our kitchen. You’re the final set of eyes on every plate before it reaches the guest, helping make sure orders are accurate, complete, properly presented, and getting out of the kitchen quickly. Schedule Approximately 11:00 AM–3:00 PM We are specifically looking for someone who can consistently work these daytime hours. What You'll Do Organize and coordinate food as it comes off the line Make sure each order is complete and accurate before it leaves the kitchen Check presentation and ensure food meets our standards Communicate with cooks, servers, and runners to keep service moving smoothly Coordinate modifications, allergy requests, and special instructions Help prioritize tickets during busy periods Keep the expo area clean, organized, and ready for service Jump in and help the team when needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a busy restaurant kitchen Able to communicate clearly with both FOH and BOH team members Able to stay calm and focused when several orders are coming up at once Restaurant experience is preferred, especially expo, food running, serving, or kitchen experience Why Plan b?
