Key Responsibilities:
• Expedite supplier documentation, materials, and equipment through receipt
• Coordinate delivery requirements with vendors and project stakeholders
• Report supply risks and support recovery planning
• Obtain quotes and issue accurate purchase orders
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Two years procurement experience in construction or industrial environments
• College diploma or technical certification required
• Knowledge of purchasing, expediting, and commercial practices
• Experience with Coupa, JD Edwards, Smart Materials, or similar
• Strong Excel, Word, organizational, and communication skills
