## Job Summary Join our team as an Expeditor where you will be an integral part of our culinary team, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and front of house staff. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This position requires availability during peak dining hours. Must be 21+. This position is currently Friday and Saturday nights. Occasionally may be asked to help host. ## Duties - Coordinate food orders between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery to guests - Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they are served - Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to prioritize orders based on guest preferences and timing - Assist in food preparation tasks during peak hours to support kitchen operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area to uphold sanitation standards - Support bussing staff by clearing tables efficiently during busy periods - Help in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction ## Requirements - Previous experience in a culinary, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel setting is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between kitchen and front of house teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing the dining experience for guests - Basic knowledge of food preparation processes and culinary terminology - Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours - Willingness to assist in various roles within the restaurant as needed If you are enthusiastic about ensuring efficient food service, have experience in culinary environments, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic restaurant setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
